I'm putting my hands up and admitting that, while popular opinion marks THE KORVAC SAGA as a 'classic', it just doesn't do it for me. I don't care about popular opinion. I don't like Watchmen , I don't like the Korvac Saga and I don't roll on Shabbos. But this is a guide to Marvel events, so the story should really be here. It's fair to say that just because something is popular, it doesn't mean everyone has to like it. And this will be a tough read for some people. As Avengers sagas go, this is a strange one. The original  Guardians of the Galaxy arrive in the present day and basically sit around, waiting for Korvac to turn up. Meanwhile, the Avengers deal with various other problems, some of which have little or nothing to do with Korvac. I've expanded this entry to include more extraneous tie-ins that flesh out the story a little more, but you could easily stick to the Avengers issues and it'd all make as much sense.
