Considered one of the greatest stories from Kurt Busiek's time handling the adventures of Earth's Mightiest Heroes and one of the definitive Ultron stories, ULTRON UNLIMITED steps the mechanical maniac up several levels when he decides to advance himself and his species. Not even the Avengers will be prepared to comprehend how far Ultron's willing to go to achieve his goals, this time...
The media give their take on all that's been happening with the Avengers, lately. Despite having successfully defeated the Squadron Supreme, the Grim Reaper and Pagan since their return from seeming death, public opinion on Earth's Mightiest Heroes varies. People love Firestar, but aren't so keen on Justice. Scarlet Witch and Wonder Man's relationship struggles under the media spotlight. The team are accused of religious bigotry for not taking on Triathlon, a member of the Triune Understanding. Even defeating the new Firebrand and the terrorist group the Flaming Sword does nothing to help their image. Watching all of this, Ultron plans his next move, unaware that he's being watched in turn...
